Davenport, Amar Carter , - of Atlantic CIty, 7 months. Our little angel was called to the Lord on Tuesday, June 12,2018 Amar, lovingly known as Mar Mar, was born on October 15, 2017 to his loving parents Bria Nicole Anderson and Mike Louis Davenport. During his seven months here on Earth, he touched so many lives with his sweetness and his infectious smile. Everyone loved him so much that they all had personal nicknames for him. Amar was a delightful baby and such a pleasure to be around. He was always smiling with his two teeth showing and clapping, especially when he was eating his favorite ice cream treat. Although bossy when he didn't feel like holding his bottle and oh so nosey, you couldn't help but to fall in love with his magnetic personality. Some of his favorite things to do were crawling around the house with his best friend Petey and playing tummy time. When Uncle Jamal discovered that the only time Mar Mar was "on ice" (chilling) was when he was listening to his favorite song "Incredible" by Future, it turned out to be Mar Mar's favorite song to fall asleep to. Amar lived a full life, traveling to Florida, South Carolina, Atlanta and a few stops in between, attending family functions near and far. Baby Amar was always smiling, making friends and touching lives everywhere he went. Preceding Amar in the afterlife are his maternal grandfather Omar Anderson, his paternal uncle Clifford Davenport, and his paternal great grandmother Pearl Davenport. Amar leaves memories to cherish with his parents, Bria Nicole Anderson and Mike Louis Davenport, his big brother Zachary Davenport, his maternal grandmother Cynthia Anderson, his paternal grandparents Tony and Stefanie Davenport, his maternal great grandmothers Audrey Hart and Gloria McClain, his aunts Tannia Davenport and Jeanette Snowden, his uncles Jamal Anderson, Malik Anderson, and Tone Davenport, his God mother Amoya Williams, and a host of family and friends. Amar will be sadly missed. Wise beyond his age, his life was a gift to us that will live on in our hearts and memories for a lifetime. Tuesday June 19, 2018 Viewing - 9am-11am Service - 11am Mt. Zion Baptist Church 353 S New Rd, Pleasantville, NJ 08232

Isa 25 : 8 He will swallow up death forever, And the Sovereign Lord Jehovah will wipe away the tears from all faces. The reproach of his people he will take away from all the earth, For Jehovah himself has spoken it.
