Higgins Jr., William C., - (Bill) passed away September 22, 2018. Bill grew up in the Chelsea heights section of Atlantic City and attended the A. C. Public Schools. Bill also lived many years in Galloway, NJ. Bill joined the Army and was stationed at Fort Hood in Texas. Bill worked as a Union Carpenter for Local 255 at the Boardwalk Hall, Bill had many hobbies which included hunting, fishing, motorcycles, music, Botany, practical jokes and the Miami Dolphins. Bill loved the outdoors and especially Wharton State Forest. He was a member of the "Roosters" Gun Club and also raced "Enduro" in Cumberland County. Bill is survived by his Family and many Friends. Services are private and will be held at a later date. Please remember Bill the next time you are outside enjoying nature or you have a great laugh with friends that is what he enjoyed the most.
