Congrats, you've almost made it through July! You've got this cooking in summer thing down, right? Except there's still August, arguably the most punishingly hot and steamy month. Even if you can't imagine it now, there might be nights in the coming weeks when it just feels too hot to cook, and too sweltering to even considering going out to eat. But eat you must.
