A look at how local players did in their college games Saturday:

NCAA Division II

LB Ahmad Jones (Atlantic City) had a team-high eight tackles with two forced fumbles in Shepherd’s 58-35 win over West Virginia Wesleyan.

His performance helped Shepherd improve to 6-2.

RB Wes Hills (Wildwood) rushed for 248 yards on 33 carries with four touchdowns in Slippery Rock’s 44-21 win over California (Pennsylvania). He also had two receptions for 11 yards.

LB William Bailey (St. Augustine Prep) had eight tackles, including 1.5 for losses and a sack, and a pass breakup in Alderson Broaddus’ 60-55 loss to Malone.

DL Noah Harris-Lyles (Atlantic City) had six tackles, including one for a loss and half of a sack, in Gannon’s 38-21 loss to Mercyhurst.

OL David Staton (Pinelands Regional) started at left tackle for Lock Haven, helping the offense gain 449 yards of total offense in a 56-37 loss to Shippensburg.

For Shippensburg, DL Alex Walk (Absegami) had a tackle.

K Pat Davis (Lacey Township) hit an extra point in Pace’s 14-7 win over Southern Connecticut State.

Division I FCS

DL Antoine White (Millville) had seven tackles, including one for a loss, in Albany’s 28-9 loss to Maine.

DB Salaam Horne (St. Joseph) had three tackles, and twin A’laam Horne (St. Joseph) had two tackles in Sacred Heart’s 49-26 win over Bryant. OLB Pat Ferraro (Southern) had a tackle.

DB Maurice Hubbard (Absegami) had a tackle in St. Francis’ 20-7 win over Robert Morris.

LB Jeff Steeb (Holy Spirit) had two tackles in Villanova’s 34-0 loss to New Hampshire.

DL Clay Robinson (Southern Regional) had two tackles and a quarterback hurry in Davidson’s 56-53 loss to Stetson.

NCAA Division III

DL Mike Merlino (St. Joseph) had three tackles, and DL Christian Snowden (St. Joseph) added a tackle in Delaware Valley’s 49-14 win over Albright.

RB Robert Blakely (Vineland) had 45 yards on seven carries, scoring two touchdowns, in FDU-Florham’s 24-23 win over Lebanon Valley. DB Harry Pfeifle (Ocean City) had two tackles, and LB Victor Mahar (Ocean City had four tackles.

DB DeSean Hart (Holy Spirit) had four tackles in Framingham State's 44-13 win over Massachusetts-Dartmouth.

WR Dylan Mento (Hammonton) had a 6-yard reception in Gallaudet’s 13-9 win over Alfred State.

DT Donovan Bennett (Vineland) had two tackles in Gettysburg’s 27-9 loss to Susquehanna. For Susquehanna, WR Louis Pitale (Cedar Creek) had a 6-yard reception.

LB Dietrich Trumbauer (Egg Harbor Township) had four tackles, including half of a sack, two quarterback hurries in Kean’s 13-3 loss to Christopher Newpower.

LB Brennan Ray (Lower Cape May Regional) had seven tackles, including two for loss, and two pass breakups in Montclair State’s 10-9 win over Wesley.

For Wesley in its loss to Montclair, LB Dante Daniel (Holy Spirit) had a team-leading 17 tackles. LB Nazir Williams (Bridgeton) had seven tackles, including half of one for a loss and two pass breakups. DB Cappadonna Miller (Bridgeton) had six tackles, an interception and a pass breakup.

LB Sunny Tapp (St. Joseph) had 12 tackles in Rowan’s 45-7 loss to Salisbury. DL Chris Henchy (Absegami) had 11 tackles, including half of one for a loss, and DE Kevin Stokes (Oakcrest) had six tackles, including one for a loss. DB Malachi Winters (Hammonton) had five tackles, and P Christian Ireland (EHT) averaged 32.6 yards over 10 punts, with two inside the 20-yard line. For Salisbury, OL George Morton (Mainland Regional) started at tackle and helped the offense gain 496 yards of total offense.

LB Gavin Liepe (Holy Spirit) had a tackle in The College of New Jersey’s 24-7 win over William Paterson. For William Paterson, RB Kobe Roberts (Mainland) had 36 yards on 13 carries and DL Chozen Davis (Atlantic City) had five tackles, including half of a tackle for a loss.

DB Shane Jones (Cedar Creek) had three tackles in Ursinus’ 30-14 win over McDaniel.

QB Jose Tabora (St. Augustine) completed 18 of 32 passes for 241 yards in Wilkes’ 14-7 win over Lycoming. He had two passing touchdowns and three interceptions, and also rushed for 61 yards on 15 carries.

LB R.J. D’Amico (St. Augustine Prep) had five tackles, an interception and four pass breakups in Ithaca’s 28-6 win over St. Lawrence. He also returned a kickoff 13 yards.
