Kamran Din scored four goals and added an assist to lead Egg Harbor Township High School (1-6) to their first win of the season with a 13-7 victory against Atlantic City (1-6) in a Cape-Atlantic League boys lacrosse game Monday.

“It’s great. Hard to put into words,” said Eagles coach C.J. Walters.

Walters is in his first year with EHT after two years as the head coach at Middle Township.

“I’m pretty happy after the start we had. I’m happy for the kids for the most part they have been working their tail off for the last three weeks trying to get the first win,” he said.

Billy Germana scored two goals and won 22 of the 23 faceoffs in the game.

“Germana usually wins 80 percent of them (faceoffs), but he was really off the charts today. Without him, half our goals wouldn’t have happened,” Walters said.

Jake Zinkgraf, Brandon Hubbard and Nick King added two goals apiece for EHT. Nick Kristos scored a goal and had an assist.

Atlantic City’s Conor Campbell scored three goals, while Luke McGovern and Jonah Mason scored two goals apiece.
