Oakcrest High School freshman Paige Aiken scored the winning goal in overtime and the Falcons field hockey team upset visiting Gloucester City 3-2 on Saturday. Savannah Masker assisted on the goal.

Kayli Hernandez and Masker also scored for the host Falcons (3-5), and Gia Albani made three saves. Nadia Deetz and Chloe Bennett had goals for Gloucester (7-3-1) and Brooke Byrnes had five saves.

No. 5 Southern Reg. 7,

Central Regional 0

Maitland Demand scored three goals and had two assists for the host Rams (9-0), the No. 5 team in The Press Elite 11. Erika Barbera added two goals, while Emily Raylman had a goal and two assists, and Emma Wilhelm added a goal and an assist. Lauren Bakker did not have to make a save. Emily Hoagland made 11 stops for Central (4-6).

Hammonton 2,

Williamstown 1

Bella Mortellite scored a goal in each half for visiting Hammonton (1-5), which won for the first time this season. Domenica Rehmann and Samantha Whittaker had assists and Alexis DeRosa made one save. Williamstown is 4-7.

Girls soccer

Egg Harbor Township 3,

Vineland 0

Madison Morgan scored a goal in each half for host EHT (5-1-1), and Emily Cheeseman also scored.

Grace Baumgartel made nine saves for the shutout.

Isabella Fiorenza had seven stops for Vineland (2-4).

Egg Harbor Township 1

The visiting Mustangs won 25-17, 16-25, 25-13. For Mainland (5-2), Bella Canesi had seven kills, Cadence Fitzgerald added 15 assists, and Nikki Faragher and Emma Zurawski had five kills apiece. Nicole Mountain added 15 service points for the Mustangs and Savannah Goff had four digs.

Southern Regional 2,

Central Regional 0

The host Rams won Friday with scores of 25-15 and 25-8. Gianna Schiattarellla led Southern with 12 kills, while Stephanie Soares added 20 assists, Madison Gellis had 11 digs, and Jess Sprankle had 10 digs and 18 service points.
