Mikai Browne led Atlantic Christian School with 14 points as the Cougars defeated Christian Heritage (Connecticut) 40-35 in the DC Tip-Off Tournament at Delaware Christian School in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, on Saturday.

Browne also had five steals, while Elijah Chapman scored 11 and had five steals.

Daniel Roland had 12 rebounds and was 6 for 6 from the free-throw line.

The Cougars improved to 2-2.

On Friday at the DC Tip-Off Tournament, the Christian Academy defeated the Cougars 43-35.

Browne scored 24 and had 11 rebounds. Roland had three points and 11 rebounds for the Cougars.

Hunter Smith had three points, and Chapman had four steals.
