Exercise: Monster tire flips

Muscles targeted: Legs and back

Equipment: Monster tire

Duration/sets: 2-minute rounds with 30-second break/3 sets Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Place your hands under the tire. Bend at your knees and lift the tire up and flip it repeatedly, keeping your head up and back straight. Continue flipping tire for 2 minutes. Take a 30-second break and repeat.
